Elaine’s Victorious Community Center was established in loving honor and memory of the late Prophet Elaine Hackett, a woman whose life reflected faith, compassion, strength, and a genuine love for people.
Prophet Elaine Hackett believed in the value of every person and demonstrated that belief through the way she loved, encouraged, served, and ministered to others. Her life left an imprint that continues to inspire those who knew and loved her.
Although she is no longer with us physically, her legacy lives on.
Elaine’s Victorious Community Center was created to carry that legacy forward by serving individuals and families within our community, with a special commitment to empowering adults with developmental disabilities. Through opportunities for personal growth, greater independence, community engagement, life-skills development, and meaningful relationships, we strive to create an environment where every individual is valued, respected, supported, and given the opportunity to thrive.
The name “Victorious” represents more than an organization. It represents the spirit of the legacy we honor—a life of faith, perseverance, purpose, and victory.
Every person we serve, every family we support, and every life we touch becomes another chapter in the legacy Prophet Elaine Hackett left behind.
