Apostle Leo & Lady Hackett, Jr.
Born in Richmond, Virginia, on May 14, 1953, Apostle Leo Hackett, Jr. has devoted his life to ministry, leadership, and serving others.
Called to preach in 1982 while serving as a Trustee at Great Hope Baptist Church, Apostle Hackett went on to serve in evangelism, prayer, and other ministry leadership roles within the Church of God in Christ. He was ordained as an Elder in 1986.
Apostle Hackett is a dedicated student of theology, earning degrees from the Christian Life School of Theology and an honorary doctorate from Saint Thomas Christian College. He has also pursued further theological studies at Virginia Union University.
He is married to Mrs. Karen Reaves Hackett, and together they serve at Elohim Christian Outreach Center, where they are committed to equipping believers, strengthening families, and impacting their community through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Apostle Hackett’s ministry is centered on teaching, mentoring, and empowering others to fulfill their God-given purpose.

Elder Melvin & Apostle Valarie Lee
Elder Melvin and Apostle Valarie Lee are devoted servants of God and successors to the ministry of Elohim Christian Outreach Center. Together, they are committed to strengthening families, developing the next generation, and advancing the Kingdom of God through faithful ministry and community service.
Apostle Valarie serves as a ministry leader, teacher, mentor, and community advocate, while Elder Melvin faithfully serves alongside her with a heart for God, family, and Kingdom service. They are blessed with two children, Melvin Joshua Lee III and Tahlia D. Lee.
Together, they are committed to honoring the foundation of Elohim Christian Outreach Center while carrying its vision and legacy forward for generations to come.
