Apostle Leo Hackett, Jr. is the founder and Pastor of Elohim Christian Outreach Center located in Richmond, Virginia. He is a First generation pastor who has a heart to teach God's people the word of simplicity and power. His assignment is to Teach the word, Live the word and Love the people.

 

Apostle is married to Prophet Elaine Hackett and has Four Children, 5 Grandchildren and Ten great grandchildren. Apostles success in life and ministry is attributed to Proverbs 3:5-6. Apostle Hackett’s continual passion in life  is to preparing followers to become leaders.
